Implants

Implants are a restorative technique that replaces a missing tooth with an artificial tooth root that will be able to support a replacement tooth or bridge. Implants are inserted into the jaw and held either in or on the bone. Implant procedures require anesthesia or sedation.

Candidates for dental implants must be in good general and oral health and must have healthy gum tissue that is free of periodontal disease. We can use dental implants to replace a single tooth, several teeth, or even all of your teeth!

Removable Dentures

Removable dentures are false, prosthetic teeth which can be taken off. Dentures are supported by the tissue within your oral cavity. We can replace either a group of missing teeth with a partial denture or all of your teeth with a complete denture.

It may take some time to get used to new dentures, but dentures can help restore your ability to chew, aesthetics, and your ability to speak!

Implant-Supported Dentures

We also offer implant-supported dentures which can provide extra stability. Normal removable dentures rest on the gums and are not supported by implants. Implant-supported dentures can help patients who cannot tolerate having their entire palate covered by a normal denture.

Implant-supported dentures require surgery to first place the implants. However, this type of prosthesis is more comfortable and stable and is easier to speak and chew with!
